People get mostly demotivated because of toxic people than the work they do. Behavioral Skills training helps manage optimal human behavior for better work performance.  ​

Our Behavioral Skill programs are based on Social Emotional Learning and Action based  experiential learning methodology. The training is designed to help participants demonstrate capability beyond the concepts and knowledge into actionable and demonstrable  behaviors.

Social Emotional Learning - SEL

 SEL is the process through which people acquire and effectively apply the knowledge, attitudes, and skills necessary to understand and manage emotions, set and achieve positive goals, feel and show empathy for others, establish and maintain positive relationships, and make responsible decisions."

​Social-emotional learning (SEL) uses broad social and psychological techniques to enable people to solve problems, manage emotions and communicate well and learn all the people skills that translate directly to lifelong success at home, in the office and everywhere in between.

Primary Skills  being taught and refined in SEL behavioral programs are:

Relationship skills:  The ability to create healthy, meaningful relationships with a variety of individuals from varying backgrounds.

Self-management:   The ability to control emotions, thoughts and behaviors in the numerous situations a person encounters throughout their life.

Self-awareness:  The ability to understand personal emotions and thoughts and how they lead to particular behaviors.

Social awareness:  The ability to see a situation from the perspective of someone else and empathize with that person, including people from different cultures and backgrounds.

Responsible decision-making: The ability to make healthy decisions about behavior and social interactions based on ethics, safety concerns and social norms.

Evidence based Behavioral Skills  Training

Regular Behavioral skills training teaches what  behaviors to engage in different circumstances, however they fall short without the proper practice and feedback in realtime.  Our approach involves integrating the BST model of behavioral skills training , a well-researched, performance- and competency-based means of training job skills to  individual and groups.

​Participants get various opportunities to practice BST within the program so that they can become fluent with the behavioral skills.  It is an effective training procedure that can be individualized to each person and team and involves each of the steps:​

Achieeve Academy

Instructions – This phase Provides a  detailed description of the skill, its importance or rationale, and when and when not to use the skill. Participants get to practice and Repeat this step as necessary in role plays.

Modeling – The Trainer demonstrates how to perform the skill through different methods of In-Person,  role plays, Videos etc.

Rehearsal – Practice, practice, and practice! The  participant get many opportunities to practice the skill through role plays, theatre and real life simulations.  

Feedback – The trainer  provides positive praise for correct responding and some form of corrective feedback for incorrect responses.
